Instructions on
how to setup the Emulator Program
Step
1: On your Android phone go to your Home screen,
Press the Menu button, then Press
Settings
,
then Press
Applications, and make sure the Unknown Sources box
is Checked, then back all the way out to your home
screen.
Step
2: Click Here to Download the emulator app for
FREE
Step
3: Next Install the program to your phone.
Next go to step 5 (If you get a parsing error then go to step
4)
Step
4: With a parsing error, download the
program to your sd card, if you downloaded to your sd card you
will
need a file browser program, you
can get one here if you need it, Install the oi file browser,
next open the oi file browser and
go
to the download folder and click
on it, you should see a file named emulator.apk, click on it and
install.
Step
5: Open the program, you should see a
button saying Not Registered? Click on
it
and enter the information it
asks you
for.
Step
6: After entering your info, back out to your Home
page and get to where all your apps are, and
click
on the app button
to open it up, enter all your info to sign in, once signed in
immediately close it
out,
Step
7: Next, open up your email program for the email
address you used as your user name, you should have a
welcome
email from the
company, somewhere near the bottom of the email is a link saying
click here to
activate
the free Java, click
it.
Step
8: After clicking the link it will open your web
browser and ask you to either like it with your Facebook
or
Twitter account or to enter 5
email addresses, if you don't have a Facebook or Twitter account or
you rather
enter
the email addresses you can
enter fake email addresses. They don't check them ( etdgrvb@yahoo.com, cnncoi@gmail.com
,
anything before the @yahoo.com,
ymail.com, rocketmail.com, msn.com, comcast.com, etc.
)
you can NOT use aaaaa@yahoo.com, bbbbb@gmail.com, etc. it will not
work.
Step
9: After activating the free Java, back out of
everything and sign back in to the
app, next click on
the
menu
button on your phone and touch
options, then make sure Cursor
Momentum is check marked, then touch the
backup
button once, click on the
Firefox icon and when that opens go to the top right google search
box and type in " bnsf
webconnect"
without the quotation marks. (
to access the virtual keyboard you need to touch the menu button on
your phone once
again
and touch the button that says
virtual keyboard
)
Step
10: Next the search results should have popped up,
find a search result with the web address beginning
with
www2.bnsf.com,
next click on it, then click Bookmarks at the top
of the web browser, and click Bookmark This Page,
and
a
window will popup, hit the
done button and that's it, all you will have to do next time is go to
your bookmarks and click
the
webconnect link to open the
emulator.
